Justin Bieber displays arrogance in 90% of the photos displayed of him in this video.
Arrogance is never a good sign, always a warning that trouble looms for both the arrogant person and the people who affiliate with them.
When I see arrogance, I also know the chance of encountering deception goes up dramatically.
I wonder if anyone has ever studied the correlation between arrogance and criminal arrests. They have to go together!
My advice? When you see arrogance -- RUN!
