Interesting news. They didn't say the McCann's were on the suspect list. I have always believed the McCann's were honest and not involved in their daughter's disappearance.
Aside from leaving small children unattended, the constant lies, and inability to answer many questions.... They have spent more time trying to dispute opinions they were at fault, or stopping a book or a site against them from staying active. Why, if your child is missing are u putting that energy towards that instead of searching.
And look how they respond to issues. Being that there was a statement that the night before a guest complained that madeline was crying over an hour and the hotel then contacted the parents... Then when it was also addressed that Madeline herself asked where they were... That she tries to skate around the question by acting like this happened when they were home. No! The child asked that because they were not there.
And remember, this is illegal. A child could harm themselves very easy alone and even a scream could not be heard that far away.
Dermot Murnaghan: "Was Madeleine upset the night before, about being left alone. Had she… had she had a moment and got out of bed and started crying and started looking for you?"
Kate McCann: I mean, I don't want to dwell on it too much, I mean, I don't know if you saw the documentary last night, so, I mean, I have talked about it, errm... Madeleine made a comment, errm… in passing, that, errm… 'Where were you when I cried?' Not just to mummy, by the way, just generally, errm… and it just seemed a bit odd. I mean, it was a very, kind of, passing remark and we just thought, 'Oh, she doesn't usually wake up' and, she woke up; that means that, you know, she must have fallen back asleep very quickly, errm... and then she moved on… you know, she moved on.
Part of the Mccann's first interview. Note how the mom basically admit they are not searching (I would look until I couldn't walk if my child was missing) also dad talks about how they are focused on "influencing the public" and how they used the fund (which is to help find Madeline) to get mom and dad a "comprehensive legal team". Wtf? Why are you using funds for a legal team? Your child is missing and you are not physically searching... But you are worried about influencing the public and using funds donated to FIND YOUR KIDNAPPED CHILD for a legal team.
Transcripts for the part of this interview below.
JH: And I've spoken to a lot of people, over the weeks, who... local people who'd given up a lot of time. You've talked about the support that they've given you. I met people who didn't go to work for more than a week because everyday they were down on the beach, searching the streets. Did you, as a mother Kate, just sometimes think 'I've got to go and be out there with them. I want to go and just physically look as well'?
KM: (Pause) I mean, I did. Errm... (Long Pause) Errm... we'd been working really hard really. Apart... I mean, the first 48 hours, as Gerry said, are incredibly difficult and we were almost non-functioning, I'd say, errm... but after that you get strength from somewhere. We've certainly had loads of support and that's given us strength and its been able to make us focus really so we have actually, in our own way, it might not be physically searching but we've been working really hard and doing absolutely everything we can, really, to get Madeleine back.
GM: I think that's key, that, in that period, the worst feeling was helplessness and being completely out of control of anything, errm... in terms of getting Madeleine back and, I think, as we started to take control of some issues, errr... particularly influencing the publicity side of it, then you start to feel that there are certain things under your control and, I know, initially that helped me tremendously and more importantly, I think, it helped, errr... and being positive about what you can do, has helped people immediately around us, as well, and that... that has spread like wildfire to everyone in the popu... people we don't know are doing so much to help and it's the smallest thing and it makes them feel that they're helping; distributing posters locally; sending them abroad, all of these things, we think, helped and, errr... ultimately, you know, someone will provide the key bit of information.
JH: And... and some of that support has translated into a lot of money that's gone into the fighting fund, I think nearly £300,000 has been pledged, so far. What of the reports that say, perhaps... those people who suggest that some of that money could be sensibly spent on things like private investigators, for example.
GM: Well, you know, the fund, errm... was really... really evolved to provide an oulet for people who wanted to contribute financially and these offers, errr... will help us and are helping us and that has helped us to bring in quite a comprehensive legal team and independent sector, errr... consultants as to what we could and should be doing.
So... When you see those statements, do you still feel like they are innocent.
I had a friend who's daughter was missing for 2 days. She never came home from school.
Her and her husband were walking the streets day and night, begging on the news for any help, for any tips. My friend was hysterical... Screaming, crying. Turned out she ran off with the boy they told her she could not see. But she acted the way a parent should act.
These people are worried about publicity first?
I think.
That they all (their friends included) drugged their kids to help them sleep. They are doctors.. Not like they didn't have the ability to get the best sleeping drugs.
I think Madeline possibly woke up, crawled on the couch to look out the window. Was still groggy and fell. Had they been home, they could have quickly tended to her, but being that even if checking, it sounded like the checking was just for sounds... Not them Physically chevking on each child.. that she could have been missed for several hours. I think that Kate possibly decided for what ever reason to actually look, saw she was not in bed. And then found her. But was too late. And being that a drug test would reveal the child was drugged.. Well, it would make them guilty and they would likely loose their other children and medical license. Motive to hide the child.
Things that play into my idea..
I think that the fact Madeline the night before was heard crying (for over an hour based on reports made to the hotel by another guest) and even asked her parents where they were shows that they possibly were not checking as often the night before. The fact that they tried to dispute Madeline did this while they were gone (they tried to say that it must have been while they were still there but Madeline would not ask where they were if they were in the next room) also shows that they tried to lesson that issue. Clearly this was a sensitive subject. And most parents I think would not do it again. Also on this issue, they kept saying Madeline does not wake up. I've babysat for years, was a nanny for years and I'm now a patent. Every child wakes up sometimes. And when they do in the middle of the night at that age, usually cry. So when they try to act like MAdeline never wakes up, it makes me again think the surprise that she was awake was because they drugged them and expected them to sleep soundly while they had a good time.
The hotel stated no person died in their room. Well, then that means either someone before them hid a dead body in their room. Or they had a dead body in there. Think About the odds.
So we have some big concerns here.
And my last comment.... Again lets be clear that I would NEVER leave small children alone and not be close enough to hear them (the backyard of my home is as far as I would go but not only can i hear my child, he could easily wake up and find me) but these people are wealthy and could have just had a nanny. They didn't. Instead I believe the kids were sedated. And possibly gave madeline a higher dose after realizing she had woken the night before and this time it lead to her death.
Ok... This is really the last. I meant to include this above with the drugging. Kate says after she realizedMadeline was gone she immediately assumed she was kidnapped.
She then left the room and ran back to her friends.
Leaving the twins.
That is a huge mistake she made.
If you thought someone just kidnapped your child.. Are you leaving the other 2 kids alone?
Why do you feel like they are innocent?
ReplyDeleteI just have seen them speak. They stutter alot. Then all the story changes and refusing to answer so many questions.
I believe they're completely innocent of any wrongdoing.....just strong intuition
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't feel that way.
