There is nothing more horrifying than to see myths about deception being touted as facts. This video says that someone who can't maintain eye contact could be lying. Oh dear. This is not the case. But it gets worse!! This video tells you that if someone gives you direct eye contact, "it signals honesty!"
Was this made in 1950? It's completely the opposite of what scientific research says. Liars are more likely to maintain eye contact as they know most people believe this myth!
Eyes that shift downward also do not indicate guilt or shame across the board. Many people look downward, and this is circumstantial.
The video then talks about neuro linguistic programming--that the direction of the eye tells you if a person is lying or honest. Again, science has not found any evidence to support this and as an expert in deception, I second that. I would never call a person as truthful or deceptive based on gaze direction. Heck, what if a bird flew by the window and your suspect looked left--oops!! Forget about it.
Fidgeting is not always a sign of a person being bored. A fidgeting person can be nervous or uptight, too! They may have a limited amount of time. There are plenty of reasons why people fidget and not all of them are negative. When I am excited, I often fidget and if you were to think I was bored, you'd be sorely mistaken!
A swinging foot? Again, there are various reasons why people do this.
Looking at lips doesn't not necessarily mean someone is sexually attracted to you. You could have parsley hanging there from lunch. Hello!
I don't think there is any need to continue. It's sad to watch people put together such rubbish when there is good science out there to follow and learn from. MSN.com should showcase the science--it's so much more interesting!

Susan Wright claimed self-defense when she stabbed her husband 193 times and partially buried him in a hole he dug for a bathroom remodel project he had been working on. She didn't tell police either. Instead she went about living a normal life as her husband laid dead in the family home.
The part of the story that disturbs me the most about Susan is that her little boy knocked on the door in the middle of her murderous rage, and she stopped, put him back to bed and then went after her husband again.
It appears Susan's second sentencing hearing paid off. She got five less years.

Capri Anderson was on Nightline last night talking about her allegations against Charlie Sheen. Many people want to know what the story is!
I believe Capri Anderson is upset about something that happened, but when she tells her story, she is clearly leaving out a lot of details, which flags me. Without the details, it means she has a need to hold things back, and with that, I have to ask why.
ABC says because Charlie was "too drunk to carry on" Capri put Charlie to bed. Capri, however, picks up the story about going into the room. She says, "We go inside the room and then I hear kind of a big snorting sound and I look over and he says, 'Do you party?' and I say, 'No, no thanks.' Politely."
What?
I thought Charlie was too drunk to carry on. This is a red flag! She is leaving out a lot of details and her details don't even add up at this point, if Charlie is truly too drunk to carry on!
She says at another point, "He gets up at one point, and he's kind of with his hands around the bottom of my dress, my thighs, and he kisses me." Uh...I don't want to ask. Envision what she just suggested. Either she is being very lewd or she is twisting reality here.
She continues, "He starts kind of walking with me, against me so I am walking backwards at that point, towards the bed and he gets on top of me..."
Do you notice how many times she says "kind of"? Either he is walking or he isn't!
She wants us to believe without any provocation he puts his hands around her neck. I'm sorry, but I'm not buying this. If Charlie did this, it would happen with provocation. People don't just drool to squeeze someone's neck, or if they did, there is more to this story.
Capri then tells us he threw a lamp and trashed the place. Okay. Where are the details? Her entire role in this has been removed, which is very fishy!! If she is an innocent bystander as she wants us to believe, she would have nothing to hide, but obviously she feels the need to hide something!
Carpi's story that she was afraid to call 911 because of Sheen's wealth and power is unbelievable to me. If the police see a room that is trashed, that's pretty good evidence of someone being out of control. This is more suggestive she didn't want to be held accountable for something herself, if you want my opinion.
Her story that it wasn't her choice to come forward because her name was leaked to the press is another bunch of bologna! She could remain silent, if she chose. She didn't have to go on Nightline.
At this point, I wouldn't put a penny on Capri's story. She's hiding details and she's hiding them for a reason. Yes, she appears upset at times, and it is genuine AT TIMES but it could be because she has to answer up to rumors she wishes would go away instead of what Charlie may have done to her!

Mary Winkler's story was featured on Dateline recently, and I have been unable to get to reviewing the show. In looking at it, however, I found an audio clip of Mary that was shocking to me. Its on Dateline NBC's website and it is titled, "My Ugly Came Out" (in the lower left column).
This audio is shocking because this is Mary's first response after shooting her husband. It was recorded in Alabama the day after Matthew was shot dead. She didn't have time to think through everything. Her responses were gut responses much of the time, though you can still hear Mary self-censor, and change the direction of what she says, sometimes saying nonsense.

Let me review it with you.
When the investigators say to Mary, "I know you are not a cold blooded murderer," do you hear a little laugh? I can't believe she laughs!!
Mary says, "I don't think I'm selfish, but I'd be driving down the road and something would go into my head....about what just happened. And then I had seen anything or heard anything."
Mary starts to tell what really happened if you ask me, and then she pauses and changes the direction of her thoughts.
Listen to how Mary laughs when she says, "I wasn't going to Mexico, or anything." How can she be laughing?
Then she rambles, "I thought about going to Louisiana." Her demeanor is so matter-of-fact, it gives me pause. This woman is not upset at all about what she did. It's very notable.
Mary then talks about how she wants her children to go with Matthew's parents!
If Matthew was abusive to her, I am surprised to hear her say she wants her children to go to "his parents", and not hers. Isn't that surprising? They even ask her, "You don't have any problems with them going with your in-laws? They're good people?" Mary says, "Oh god, no."
Do I hear her say "Better than family?"
Mary says, "Not wanting to be selfish, I keep thinking about him, but I probably deserve a slap in the face for that...I don't know. I just don't know."
Mary wants to talk about her selfishness, but she just can't do it. She starts to and then keeps stopping. Maybe she senses the investigators are being lenient with her and she is having a hard time grasping it?
The investigator says he thinks something had to happen because she is a nice person and she says, "I was just laying there and I fell asleep, and they woke me up to come in here, and it is just the thought of stupid stuff, and schedules and this in a certain order."
I believe that this is true. This is what set Mary off.
She continues, "I love him dearly, but gosh he just nailed me in the ground. And it was real good for quite...a...a quite some time, the problem was...I got a job at the post office a couple of years ago and the first of our marriage, I just took it like a mouse, didn't think anything different. My mom just took it from my dad — that uhhhh....stupid scenario. And uh, I got a job ...right...and nerve and high self esteem, and I've been battling this for years."
Start putting the pieces together. Mary tells us she doesn't want to think she is selfish, but she got nerve and she has been battling that "nerve" for years!! Then she tells us, "I don't think I'm selfish, but I'd be driving down the road and something would go into my head..."
If you ask me Mary had thought of doing this to Matthew for years!!
"Um, I don't know when, but at some point it was really good, and I don't know, but we moved over a year ago, um (unintelligible), and it just came back out for some reason."
The investigator says, "He would knock your self esteem down."
Mary responds from the heart without thinking, "Nooo." Then she recovers and says, "...um...chew'n...whatever. And that's the problem. I have nerve now and I have self-esteem and so my ugly came out, um..."
You see, Mary keeps telling us she has this ugly side--this "nerve" -- like a demon that wants to surface.
This is shocking, but clearly the truth!
The investigators says, "So you are more or less standing up for yourself now?"
Mary says, "Yeah, and my only battle has been children, too. I mean, I don't know. I just don't know what in the world just happened. There's just no way..."
So let's add in her next thought. Mary's only battle with acting on her "nerve" is her children. That demon was kept in check because of her children, and then one day, she lost it.
"How would he run you down," questions the investigator.
Mary says, "Just chew'n on you. Just mistakes".
Hmmm...check fraud?
Mary says, "And some well deserved...not always."
This is big!
"Did he pick on the little things a lot though?" questions the investigator?
Mary says, "Yeah. But gosh, I don't want to talk about that now. But that's just, yeah, I just didn't get up and say, 'Let's see how this thing works'. I've been battling it, battling not to do that FOREVER. And I don't know why."
Mary is confessing here. She finally tells us she has been battling killing Matthew FOREVER! Worse, she tells us she didn't just look at the gun to see how this thing works. What that means is she has been thinking about this for a long, long time and likely had checked out that gun many times!! I wish the investigators would have responded to what she was telling them!
The investigator asks, "Was he chewing on you when it happened?"
Mary says without thinking (which supports this is the truth), "I don't even know....It was this and that, and I can't even. I can't even imagine pulling anything. I'll tell you that. I don't... I just...I really don't know how it happened still."
This is supportive she had been dreaming about doing this for years and finally just acted out, likely without a lot of thought or even provocation.
The investigator says, "You just got to a boiling point-- just boil over?"
Notice she doesn't answer the question. If she was a victim and she boiled over, she would know it. I think she is having a hard time registering that they don't see her as a cold-blooded murderer.
Instead Mary says, "But it was so good, so good, too."
Mary continues, "It was just a weakn..." Mary stops. It was a weakness--that's what Mary was going to say. It was HER WEAKNESS. She had "been battling this FOREVER" as she told us. Her "ugly came out". She "got nerve". She had the desire to kill Matthew for a long, long time and she finally acted on it.
Mary tries to recover from that leak and says that Matthew had high blood pressure and didn't go to the doctor like he should. There is no logic in that at all. She continues, " Because he was a mighty fine person, and that's the thing, there is no sense, you know, thoughts to a newsstand--some hick town lady did this because she was a mean, you know--no sense in that. Just say the lady was a moron, evil woman and let's go on with it."
Mary is calling herself "EVIL" here. The whole picture makes total sense.
Mary says, "That's my point of view." No one is leading her, causing her to say things -- this is the true Mary. She knows Matthew is dead so she could claim he beat her up here, but she doesn't!!!
Mary then talks about how her dad will want to come visit her, and want to live by her and she does not want to see him. It makes me wonder if her own father was abusive to her and jealousy could have eaten away at Mary for years...
She says at another point, "That's some of it. There is no poor me. I'm in control, and um..."
Does this complete the picture for you? A woman who was abused would NEVER say this.
The investigator interrupts and says, "There was no major event that took place or an accumulation over the years?"
Mary laughs and says, "No, (unintelligible)."
The investigator says, "You don't recall what it was Tuesday morning that kind of set you off? Had you all argued the night before? Was this kind of a daily thing?"
In a normal, not down sounding tone, Mary finally answers, "Not necessarily. I guess that's just the thing. My nerves. I just never know whats coming next. I think we are having a good day and...BAM! I'm nervous about something and he's ALOOF about it."
Aloof? Is that the behavior of an abusive man??! No. But Mary had a problem with her nerves, and had a strong impulses she didn't understand and didn't know how to cope with. She knew it was wrong and she finally acted on it.
She is telling us the truth here!!
Mary says, "There is just no excuse for anything, but you know, it WASN'T just out of the blue. I don't know."
She confirms again that what I believe are impulse to harm Matthew were not out of the blue. This was something she was "battling forever"!
The investigator says, "Have you thought about doing it before?"
Mary says, "It's crossed minds, threats have been made..to me as well, but that's hearsay, you know?" Notice she leaves off the pronouns about who did what?? That's because its all about her. She even adds in the "to me as well" as an afterthought.
The investigator said, but he's threatened you? And Mary says, "I remember when we lived in (town), he said something that really scared me."
The investigator said, "What was it?"
Mary says, "I don't know. It was something...life threatening. But that was when he was at his absolute worst!"
She can't remember what it was? Notice how she adds on "life threatening" as an afterthought? This is ridiculous. If you've had your life threatened and believed you were in harm, you'd remember it.
Mary clearly tells us in this audio confession what happened. It's clear as day, if you truly listen. What saddens me is the jurors had their emotions tugged on and they discounted the truth when they heard it with their very own ears.

Oksana Grigorieva was on Larry King Live last night and spoke about her ordeal with Mel Gibson. I was immediately pinged by her responses, and I have to say I do not trust Oksana --not that I in any way defend Mel Gibson's lack of self-control and temper. I do not.
Read moreWhen asked why Oksana taped Mel Gibson, she replies, "I started taping it around 11 o'clock because I thought, 'I'm actually not going to live through the night. I'm actually not going to live through the night and I wanted my mother to be able to prove that if I'm dead that this is who did it."
My next thought was she should be talking about calling the police --not taping him, if this is what she truly believes, but she did not. That's a whopper of a red flag. From the reports I have read, she never called police that night.
At that point, her story looses validity with me.
She says she started fearing for her life at 8 in the evening. If you are truly afraid you are not going to answer calls or call the person you fear and tape them -- heck that would start a true inferno with a man who wants to kill you --especially after it got released to the public!!
If Oksana's story is true, has she been living in hiding since those tapes came out? Has she hired security guards? Why doesn't she still fear for her life? Or was this one nasty fight that she is blowing way out of proportion? Violent men who truly want to kill you aren't stopped when you go public and make more accusations against them. That typically enrages them more! An abused woman would be fearful to do that, but Oksana strangely has no problem causing more controversy in the public eye. She has no fear whatsoever.
Also listen to how she talks about domestic abuse victims. She talks about them in third person as if she is not one of them. That is very notable for me. She says, "They cover up for perpetrators, they try to help them. Then she says, "In the back of my mind I thought if I don't get killed tonight, then I'd like him to hear what he sounds like..."
I'm sorry, but this is utter rubbish.
While domestic abuse victims do cover for their abusers, and do help them try to recover, they do not think of this stuff in depth of their fear for their life. It's nonsense!! People whose lives are in danger, abused or not, in those moments, all have feelings of self-preservation. Yet Oksana wants us to think she didn't. The feelings to help an abuser come later after all the apologies and make-up --when they want to believe their love has changed or will change --not when they are withstanding the abuse. Oksana doesn't understand human behavior very well and this is a big tell!
At the end, King plays some of the recordings that night. Listen to Oksana push Mel. She says, "You need medication." Listen to the tone of her voice. Does she sound scared for her life?
I do believe Oksana when she says that Mel was losing control. That's absolutely true. That does incite this type of anger that we see in Mel, but what threats was Oksana making where he felt he was loosing control? I don't think Oksana is telling us the complete truth here.
Oksana is asking for a hefty settlement from Gibson for child support. TMZ reported 50-60K a month. There is also a report out at the Huffington Post that Grigorieva had reached a settlement with Mel Gibson for $15M in May where she agreed to destroy the tapes. Is Grigorieva out for money? There is more to this story than Grigorieva is telling. That's for sure.

This is a fascinating video sent to me by Steve Kardian. In it, we see Beth Holloway meet with Joran van der Sloot in the Peruvian prison in hopes of getting answers as to what happened to her daughter, Natalee. Peter de Vries from the Netherlands appears to have arranged this for his television show.
When Joran first comes in, you can see he is extremely nervous. He is ghost-white nervous. He is so nervous, he can't take his eyes off of Beth Twitty. Once Joran hears what she is talking about, he calms down some.
Joran tells us it is hard for him to talk to Beth and says it is not easy. I believe him here. He struggles to get the words out. Then he relaxes more as he realizes he has the upper hand in the situation and he takes control. He compliments Beth and I believe he truly means it. He DOES know Beth has a good heart. Psychopaths can sniff that stuff out a mile away. That's how they find their victims. And then Joran tests Beth by saying he hopes he can have time to think about what he wants to say.
When Beth doesn't give an ultimatum, Joran wins, again. He escapes the hot seat.
At that moment, my heart sunk.
Beth should have been coached to say, "Listen Joran. You don't have time. The prosecutors have said you can have this deal today and only today. Either you confess the truth now or its over. If you lie again, you won't get a second chance --instead you will face harsher consequences. I can give you 5 minutes to put your thoughts together. You CAN get a deal, Joran. This is in your best interest and my best interest. You have to do this. Save both us. Too many others have been died because of this. Today is the day to end it all and get closure -- for you and for me. I hope you'll take it -- this is what we are offering. The prosecutor is outside waiting. Let me know your decision. After 5 minutes, the deal is up."
But Beth spoke as a mom in need of answers, as a truly caring and emotional individual who wants closure. She did talk from the heart and that heart didn't soften Joran one iota! Joran wasn't about to do it. He tells us he wants to write her. What he wants is to think about what is best for him. Joran won't be put on the spot if he doesn't have to be and he managed to get out of it.
At the end, Joran gets a kick out of the candy bar and about meeting Beth. He has a genuine grin on his face and he seemed to enjoy it as he talks to her when he leaves the room. He loves being deemed important to the point it is absolutely sickening. I think he will revel in meeting Beth, as sick as that is to write.
My heart goes out to Beth. She deserves answers, but Joran won't give her anything unless he believes it is in HIS best interest, which at this point, he wasn't convinced.

Adam says in a very soft tone, "There is no way I would hurt my daughter." That's a hot spot for me. Why does he say it so softly? Often times when people are dishonest, their voice gets very faint at key times.
When asked if he took part in Zahra's dismemberment, he said, "No, there is no way I could do that to my baby." If you look, he makes an expression of contempt at that point. While he is contemptuous, it doesn't tell us the reason, which is key. Is he mad that he is being questioned, or indignant he has to even answer that? He just continues to speak in a very soft tone, which is notable.
We know from what he told us in the past few weeks that he knew Zahra was dead. And he likely knew what happened to her, or he would have been demanding answers from Elisa by going to the police, which he didn't do. He defended Elisa and went along with her game as long as he could and still doesn't want to reveal what he knows. But I cannot tell from this video if he did anything to harm his daughter, or just covered up the act of an insane woman. I would need to see more to make a final opinion. One hot spot is not enough to form an opinion.
Logic tells me if he covered for Elisa, he was capable of doing more, but I don't have enough clues to go on right now.

Aruban investigators reportedly have a jaw bone that is being investigated at this time that was found on a beach near the Phoenix Hotel, which Joran van der Sloot previously mentioned. They aren't saying that it is human yet, but if it is (which I think they would know), they will be running DNA tests. Read more here at CNN.

News outlets are reporting that court documents filed today in the Zahra Baker case state that Zahra was dismembered and that her step-mom Elisa lead police to three different locations where her remains were found.
Elisa wrote letters from jail in an attempt to clear herself, however, those letters were very inconsistent. She wrote "We really didn't kill her, but what he [Adam Baker] did after the fact is kinda horrifying."
How do you really not kill someone? It's ridiculous rhetoric.
And how can something be "kinda" horrific? It tells you what Elisa really thought. It's gut-wrenching!
Sadly, we know that Adam Baker worked in the landscape business, so we can a pretty good guess at what ultimately happened to poor little Zahra. I can't even repeat what that is. It's unfathomable there are people who can be so disconnected from life and could do that to a poor defenseless little child, let alone their own child. I get sick thinking about it.
May they bring these parents to swift justice!! I think Adam knows more than he told us in his original press interview. It will be interesting to see who is held accountable now.

In the video, Desiree is asked if she still holds out hope that Kyron is alive. She thinks for a second, shakes her head no, and then says, "I will until the day I die."

Zahra Bakers remains have been positively identified according to Fox news. What horrible news, though I think everyone knew what the outcome would be. Let's hope that there is swift justice in this case.

I was going to a department store the other day and I was in the parking lot when a big semi turned the tight corners near the mall entrance. The truck and I were head-on in the parking lot. I stopped so he could make a wide turn, but he slowly inched forward to where I got worried and quickly grabbed my shifter and put the car into reverse.
When I got it into reverse and looked back up, I saw two trucker faces staring back at me with huge smiles on their face.
I was like, "What the heck?"
Then it hit me. They saw me make a fearful expression and they thought it was funny. I bet they get a lot of people to make that expression (Any truckers out there? You should bring your camera and get some good shots for us)!
When I realized what they were laughing about, I laughed.
Then the one trucker put his palms up in the air, like well? What were we supposed to do?
By this point, they were actually backing up so they knew they weren't going to be coming towards me when I was putting the car in reverse.
I put my palms up back at them, shrugged my shoulders, grin and nodded my head yes, as I smiled.
Both truckers laughed at me.
I laughed, too.
We had genuine smiles on our face.
It was a heartwarming moment. Three people connected without words.
Then the one trucker grabbed his cell phone, put it to his ear, pointed at me and smiled.
I thought for a minute and realized he was likely asking for my number.
As they backed up enough for me to go by, I waved.
They waved.
When I parked my car, I heard one of them yell come over here.
I pretended not to hear them. I wasn't being flirtatious, just enjoying the non-verbal communication so I didn't want to have to turn the guy down, though I was dying to talk to them to see what they were feeling!!!

My friend sent me this photo of her son. I thought it was the coolest photo ever, don't you? She is a graphic artist and applied a cool carbonite filter.
Please know the boy was just taking a bath and playing around like boys do. He was not harmed in anyway. He made this facial expression voluntarily.

My ThoughtsWhen I watch Zahra's bio mom, Emily, I think she is distraught about her daughter's situation. There is no doubt about it. Her lip quivers as she says, "I never got to say goodbye." Her forehead shows genuine stress, though I don't see any tears. Later I do think she is genuinely crying. I see a tear and smudged makeup. She also sniffles.
When the video shows Emily walking through the gardens talking to the reporter, her pain seems to be an afterthought, which is odd. Is she one to live in the moment? We do have to remember that she has been far removed from her daughter for years so she doesn't have the day-to-day memories most mothers have, so her reminders are not as constant for a mother who provides full-time care.
Emily says she doesn't feel that her daughter is alive, and that is a fair statement for her to make considering the news that no one has seen Zahra in a long while, that her prosthetic leg was found without Zahra, etc. so that is not a red flag for me. Emily makes sense that hearing the way Zahra was treated, thinking she is still alive hurts more. That is a compassionate statement.
At 1:25, she gives an incredible macro expression of anger. Its intense. Her lip stays tense as she says with another macro expression of disgust, "I can't explain the anger, the hurt, I don't...he had no right to do any of it, to keep her from me."
My heart goes out to little Zahra. She didn't have a fighting chance from the day she was born.

We just ultimately want David back, and I'm very frustrated that Mexico, you know, hasn't really stepped up, and either has our government -- hasn't stepped up to get it done and just, you know, it just seems so easy to me, but I know there's legal stuff and everything. But it just seems like they're not doing enough.
MY THOUGHTS:
This is the first time I heard Tiffany say there were three boats with a minimum of three people in each. Notice she hedges with the word probably? I recall her saying there only two guys in the one boat that pointed a gun at her when she was supposedly in the water with David. This woman can't do a consistent interview to save her soul.
I was also taken by the facts she feels it would be easy to get David back! What does she know that we don't??? Or he she just rambling nonsense because she isn't speaking the truth. I suspect it is the latter, personally. Getting a body, if her story is true, back from a drug cartel is not an easy thing. I think anyone who believed the story could agree to that!
When Tiffany talks about the service on Sunday (yesterday) for David, I find her sentence structure odd, like she is about to talk about David in present tense again when she says, "who...the man he became." Was she going to say the man he is? Was that almost a slip of the tongue? She self-censored, that's for sure. Why?
And I am taken at how it causes her no grief to say "ultimately where it ended from there" as if she were talking about a road trip, and not her life and her husband's life. It's ridiculous!
Nothing about Tiffany Hartley squares with the truth in my eyes. Her words don't fit, her emotions don't fit, her behavior doesn't fit. Nothing that Tiffany does in my eyes supports the story she has given us!

Here we see Vanessa Bulls talk about what she knows. Her demeanor is so detached and clearly she is giving us a "story". I love how she tells us "It never got inappropriate or anything." Yeah, right! She says at another point, "I though it was a little weird having a dead person's cell phone, but I thought, well, it's not like...he's not married anymore. You know what I mean? He's...he's not married, so that shouldn't make me look bad or anything like that."
Hopefully no one has their doubts about Matt Baker anymore. Vanessa Bulls finally decided to tell the truth after some horrifically poor judgment on her behavior.

Josh Powell has had very little interest to find his missing wife, who went missing almost a year ago in December. At the time she disappeared, he gave us a filmsy story that he and his two toddler sons went camping in sub-freezing temperatures during a blizzard in the middle of the night on Sunday and Susan just decided to say home. While he was gone, Susan disappeared--she left on her own volition, according to Powell. It was absolutely absurd. Everyone and there brother figured out what likely happened--especially when they heard that two fans were found running in the residence drying a wet spot on the carpet. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what happened. Josh paints a pretty clear picture, sadly.
Now Josh speaks out for the first time in nearly a year to the Salt Lake Tribune saying that Susan was "extremely unstable" and worse, Josh Powell's father is saying, according to reports, that Susan ran off with another man--that she was "very sexually motivated". It's disgusting (yes, I am making that face)!
Josh's father says that Susan had a tendency to lose control much like her mother.
There is an eerie ring to that statement, but if you ask me, it applies to the Powells, not to Susan's family! Often time deceptive people have a tendency to paint their sins on others.
Josh was also reported to say about Susan, "She will be chewed up like hamburger when she comes back."
In this report above, they also talk about the two fans that were running in the house--drying the carpet. Supposedly Josh now reveals what investigators haven't -- that there was a "red" spot on the carpet, but he says "Susan" wanted it cleaned, not him.
Absurd.
My heart goes out to the Powells. Thankfully they can take peace in one area. I think everyone sees who the monster is, and it is not Susan.

It was funny last weekend. Mr. Eyes and I were sitting outside enjoying the last bit of nice weather before winter's fury hits. We were relishing the fainter sun of fall as it is low in the sky all day where I live now.
I wasn't feeling well and told Mr. Eyes. It was about two minutes later when he asked me, do you want to help me do a specific chore.
I sat there for a minute, pondering that it needed to be done and that he needed me, but I didn't really want to do it. I spoke up after my thoughts and said, "If you want."
Sitting beside me, Mr. Eyes said, you don't really want to do it, do you? As you spoke the words if you want, you shook your head no.
I was not conscious I had done that!!! I was shocked, but knew he was right on the money. He pointed it out fast enough, too, that I could still feel myself doing it, though at the time I had stopped the motion. I was being called out on a subconscious leak!!
I thought it was cool he pointed that out. He was right on the money, but knowing he needed my help and the weather wasn't going to get any better and the chore required outside work, I decided to help him and when I answered him, I genuinely wanted to help him, but I didn't feel up to doing it!!! I was contradicted inside.
That is fascinating because if you watched me and judged me, you might think I didn't want to help him and I was saying empty words, but I wasn't. I did want to help him, but I didn't feel up to doing it.

I noticed a lot of hits coming to my blog tonight. At one point over 100 people were reading. I saw they were reading about Penny Boudreau. Perplexed, I looked at Google and didn't see any news and then a reader on Facebook said they saw a preview for the story of Penny Boudreau on Investigation Discovery. There is no link, but they talk about Penny's crime and its so eerie to see them reenact the crime. I watched Penny plead for her daughter when this happened in 2008, and it is hard to imagine this is now a crime being discussed on "Deadly Women".

This is a story that comes out of Denton, Texas, from earlier this year in April.
Newspeak found this video and noted the woman's crying. There isn't a tear there. She is talking in an abnormally high pitch voice, which is often common with people who fake cry. She also doesn't have oblique eyebrows, which people express when they are truly sad, and there are no wrinkles in her forehead either, which again, are present when people are truly stressed.
When she makes a strong statement that her husband was one who focused on others to fulfill their dreams and wishes, she shrugs her shoulders. It's a contradiction to her statement. It was more like, "I don't know", as if she was thinking what to say.
I tried to find out if there have been any updates on this case, but nothing has been reported in the news.
I do not believe Phyllis Clark is telling us everything she knows about the murder of her husband. She is dropping flags like flies!

Tiffany talks about the memorial for her husband that will be held this weekend. It's interesting how she self-censors herself when she says it is to celebrate "who he...who he was". A reader, cts, pointed this out this morning, and they are absolutely right. Was she going to slip and say, "Who he is?" It sure makes you wonder!!
This supposed widow has no grief whatsoever and seems so content she can have her husband's memorial service and just get it over with already. Who cares about the body?! It's surreal and very suspicious, if you ask me. Tiffany has been suspicious from day one and there is not one interview out there with Tiffany where she doesn't drop hot spots like flies.
Cts also pointed out that Tiffany seems to get supercharged when talking about border issues. I absolutely concur. Is that because she wants to deflect everything away from her and focus on that instead?
I am glad to hear that Tiffany's case is a federal case in Mexico. I hope they get to the bottom of this, as well as the American investigators working on the case. While we haven't seen them, that doesn't mean they are not working on putting the pieces together.

Here is one of the newest robots. She sure looks human from a distance, doesn't she? But when they show her up close, the one thing they haven't gotten down is the appropriate muscle movements in her face. She acts weird, doesn't she? Her physical appearance, however, is pretty darn amazing, don't you think?

This is certainly an interesting video. The Quaids, who have been acting strangely, have publicly stated they fear they will be "whacked" if they return to Hollywood. They are now in Canada asking for political asylum. They believe they are "victims of a murder plot" and as ABC reports, "They want to warn many other celebrities who they believe are in grave danger."
One of the celebrities Evi mentions is Robert Blake. She says, "He was setup." She goes on to talk about the people coming after them are "the mafia", business men -- an estate planner. She goes on to say that Mel Gibson was probably "slipped a mickey." She says Lindsay Lohan needs to watch out.
It's ludicrous.
Evi says, "We are refugees. That's essentially what it is." Another time she says, "I genuinely feel these people are trying to kill us."
When I look at Evi, I have to wonder about her mental state. Everything is troubling in her world, and she gives us nothing credible to go on. She is serious, yet shows no fears. Other times she smiles which doesn't fit, yet it doesn't hit me as a deceptive smile. She is strangely confident in what is supposed to be a very insecure and threatening time, according to her. Randy, on the other hand, seems to be looking for Evi's approval, and supporting her feelings. I don't feel what he says is genuinely his feelings.
Evi and Randy are acting irrational and doing irrational things -- breaking into and living in a former residence they once owned, yet claiming they still own it.
I wonder if Evi is suffering from a mental illness and Randy doesn't want to cope with it. It's just easier to go along with her insanity than to deal with it. I've seen sane people do this before, sadly. At this point, that is my take.
I don't think this is a media stunt because they have taken it too far. I think this most likely has to do with an undiagnosed mental illness, and when a healthy person accepts the illness of another because it is hard to deal with one multiple levels and easier just to succumb, they often take on the traits of that mental illness themselves through living in denial.
It's sad to watch.

Little 10-year old Zahra was reported missing by her step mom Elisa Baker on October 9, however, police have been unable to find anyone who has seen little Zahra in the weeks prior to this report.
Zahra Baker's father, Adam Baker, was interviewed by the media shortly after his daughter was reported missing and he gave off many red flags that he isn't being forthright with us. As the details emerge now, everyone is suspicious of the parents.
Police have since recovered a mattress, which they believe to have been Zahra's which was discarded into the trash and police believe contains DNA. And now they have found Zahra's prosthetic leg.

Tiffany Hartley has pinged me with hot spots since her very first media appearance and sadly, she hasn't given one interview to date where she isn't littering the ground with hot spots. This interview above is no exception.
Tiffany says, "I want people to realize this is going on in our backyard ...they don't have a clue....I didn't have a clue until we moved there."
Tiffany is telling us she had a clue after she moved back to the U.S., but still chose to go over to Falcon Lake? This is a huge contradiction. She furthers that contradiction by saying, "Honestly, we felt safe...until, I mean, until this last year. Things kind of started happening."
"Kind of" started happened? Is she downplaying that now?
Oops!!
These are common hot spots for a person who talks off the top of their head instead of talking from the heart and with truth. They say things that are completely contradictory.
She continues, "But we even knew then it wasn't anything to do with us. It was cartel against cartel. So we didn't have fear that day on the lake."
Tiffany wants us to believe she didn't know about the robberies that were reported on the news?
Does that even make sense? She's clearly talking out of both sides of her mouth!
Tiffany says, "But I want America and everyone to just kind of open your eyes to what is going on on the border."
"Kind of" is a hedge. Does she really want us to not focus on her, but on the border issues?
Where is Tiffany's first concern for the murder of her husband? Why is she not concerned about him? I have never met a grieving widow who puts border issues over her murdered husband--especially when his case hasn't even been remotely solved! He is supposedly still laying dead somewhere in either Falcon lake or on land, and she cares about border issues?
This is over-the-top ridiculous.
Tiffany tells us we are all focusing on what is going on across the ocean, but we aren't focusing on what is going on here.
Dear Tiffany: You are focusing on border issues and not the tragic, unsolved murder of your husband. It's an ironic parallel you make here. Am I missing something?
"The United States is giving money to Mexico. Well, why? If they are just going to be.... killing our people," says Tiffany matter-of-fact.
What about killing her husband?
She goes on, "Why are we supporting them to be negative to us?"
Negative? Murder is simply negative??
Tiffany says, "I want people to realize this is a big issue -- BIGGER THAN DAVID's DEATH."
Have you ever? It's like David an inanimate object, not her husband.
Something is so off in this case and I hope that we get to the bottom of it. I challenge anyone who is believing Tiffany's story to show me a video where she doesn't leak any hot spots. ____________
