Eyes for LiesSM
An expert in deception

The Science
Scientists have identified 50 individuals who are able to spot deception with great accuracy after testing more than 15,000 people. Eyes for Lies is one of the 50 people. More

Eyes kept score on her blog for 7.5 years and had an accuracy rate of 95% after identifying truth and deception in 38/40 people before the truth was known by watching media clips. A record comparable to none. Eyes for Lies is not psychic.

Eddie Long's Accuser Jamal Parris Speaks
  by Eyes at 10:46 AM

'Bishop Eddie Long is Almost Like a Drug' Jamal Parris Talks to FOX Atlanta from Rod McCullom on Vimeo.

I've been following the case of Bishop Eddie Long and his accusers. It's quite an interesting case, with a lot of twists and turns. Did you know two of the three accusers were 18 when the alleged offenses took place (the third was 17)? That's why this is not a criminal case, and it explains some of the language that Bishop Long used in his speech last weekend.

It is awfully ironic that Bishop Long speaks out against gays, but according to his accusers had sexual relationships with young men. More so, Bishop Long's lifestyle, raises my eyebrows. He lives a fancy lifestyle off of the money of his congregation and isn't shy about it. According to NRP, "Long himself drives a $350,000 Bentley, bought a $1.1 million home in 2005 and favors gold necklaces and Rolex watches."

When I watch Jamal Parris talk, he seems sincere, but this case is complex. It's not that simple. I need to see more. Remember deception isn't always black and white, one is honest and one is not. Sometimes the truth runs in between and I need to see more to know exactly what is going on here...

Added 10/6: I do have to say that both of these men raise my eyebrows at this point...
